Tropical Storm Kammuri (International name: KAMMURI, Chinese name: 北冕), with a central pressure of 998 hPa, was located at 10.9°N, 147.2°E at 14:00 on the 26th—380 km southeast of Guam (3,090 km southeast of Eluanbi). It is moving west at 29 km/h, shifting to northwest-west at 23 km/h. The maximum wind speed near the center is 18 m/s (65 km/h), equivalent to a strong wind force 8, with gusts up to 25 m/s (90 km/h), equivalent to a violent storm force 10. The radius of the storm-force winds (force 7) is 100 km. At 14:00 on the 27th, it is forecasted to be at 12°N, 141.6°E—380 km southwest of Guam (2,480 km southeast of Eluanbi).

Wednesday to Friday (27th–29th): Under the influence of the northeast monsoon, temperatures will drop further starting the 27th, with the coldest day expected on Thursday the 28th.
These three days will be cool throughout northern Taiwan, with cooler mornings and evenings elsewhere. Northern and eastern regions will see localized brief showers, while central and southern areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny. Temperature-wise, the low in central and northern Taiwan, as well as the northeast, will range between 15–17°C, possibly even lower in coastal and open areas. Southern Taiwan and Hualien-Taitung will have lows around 18–20°C. Daytime highs in northern Taiwan will recover only slightly, ranging between 20–23°C, and around 25–27°C in Hualien-Taitung. Central and southern Taiwan can still reach 27–29°C. Be sure to adjust your clothing accordingly due to large day-night temperature variations.
Saturday and Sunday (30th, December 1st): The northeast monsoon weakens slightly, with temperatures rebounding a bit, though mornings and evenings remain cool. Moisture levels do not drop significantly, so northern and eastern regions facing the wind will still see localized brief showers, while central and southern areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny.
