Guanshan Yunfeng Mountain is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Yunfeng Mountain Scenic Area is located to the east of Zhangchuan Hui Autonomous County, adjacent to the Guanshan Pasture in Long County, Shaanxi Province. It is a natural wonder featuring uniquely shaped peaks, rugged rocks, dense forests, murmuring springs, and crystal-clear blue skies, as well as a paradise for wildlife. The area boasts magnificent grasslands and over 20 scenic spots, including Yunfeng Mountain, Lama Hat Mountain, and Sharp Stone Mountain. Water flows in every gully, stream, and ravine here. The 37 tributaries are all sources of the Malu River — larger valleys carry bigger streams, and smaller ones have gentle flows. The clear, bright river water tumbles and cascades through crevices in the riverbed, forming small waterfalls and whirlpools, or splashes against jagged rocks, sending up white foam. Hiking up Yunfeng Mountain along forest trails, you’ll be greeted by towering, lush mountains all around, with clouds stretching across mid-slopes, shrubs blanketing the foothills, and vast grasslands at the base dotted with flocks of sheep against white clouds, set off by green hills and blue skies. The winding mountain roads split the uniquely shaped, staggered Danxia landforms in two. The farmhouses, fields, forests, grasslands, streams, blue skies, white clouds, and rich local folk culture on Yunfeng Mountain together create a naturally enchanting and deeply evocative scene. Part of the Guanshan Plateau landform, Yunfeng Mountain was historically known as Longdi or Longban, and served as a key stop along the Silk Road. It has long been a strategic mountain pass connecting the Central Plains and Guanzhong region to the northwest, as well as a place where literati, generals, and poets throughout history have sought inspiration.
