According to the car owner, Mr. Hou, just as the gong sounded at the “Zhangjiajie Gives Back – Million Free Tickets Giveaway” event at Zhuzhou Huatian Hotel, announcing the start of the ticket-snatching, they were speeding along the Huaihua section of the Shaohuai Expressway toward Zhangjiajie.
