The Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County Museum is located at No. 6 Binhe West Road, Zhangjiachuan Town, Zhangjiachuan County. Established in 1992, it is under the administration of the Zhangjiachuan County Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism Bureau. The museum covers a land area of 2,700 square meters, with a building area of 2,900 square meters and an exhibition area of 542 square meters. It houses a collection of 15,718 cultural relics, including 239 classified as precious. The museum’s collection is characterized by artifacts unearthed from the Majiayuan Warring States Tombs and ethnic cultural relics. It features four permanent exhibitions: “Historical Relics Exhibition,” “Exhibition of Artifacts Unearthed from Majiayuan,” “Collection of Calligraphy and Paintings,” and “Exhibition of Folk Cultural Relics.” The museum receives approximately 15,000 visitors annually.

Zhangjiachuan Town: Located in the central part of Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County, Zhangjiachuan Town is the seat of the county government and serves as the political, economic, cultural, and commercial hub of the entire county. Covering a total area of 90.8 square kilometers, the town is where the Hou River and Qingshui River, both tributaries of the Wei River, converge. Several major roads pass through the town, including Zhang (Chuan)–Mai (ji), Zhang (Chuan)–Hua (ting), Long (xian)–Zhang (Chuan), and Zhang (Chuan)–Cai (he).
