Lvliang Changsheng Farm is a National Water Conservancy Scenic Area.

The Liulin County Changsheng Agricultural Sightseeing Park is located in Longmenta Village, six kilometers southeast of the county town. A single mountain ridge connects three peaks, with seven or eight gullies of varying sizes on both slopes, covering a total area of 1,500 mu. Since the development and management of the park, the goal has been to build beautiful landscapes on the Loess Plateau, help and demonstrate poverty alleviation and prosperity for farmers, help enterprises overcome difficulties, provide employment for workers, and achieve sustainable development for the enterprise. Under the leadership of Chairman Zhang Yingchang, all staff members united as one, relying on their own efforts and hard work to move mountains and fill gullies to create plains, build terraced fields, divert water, construct roads, and plant trees. They implemented comprehensive management of mountains, water, fields, forests, and roads, and promoted the all-round development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline production, and fisheries. Over ten years, a total of 26,000 voluntary labor days were contributed. By combining mechanical and manual methods, they moved over 5 million cubic meters of earth and stone, transforming the former barren hills and bare ridges into today’s picturesque ecological park.

Today’s Changsheng is covered with flowers and fruit, shaded by lush green trees, with emerald-green farmland, herds of cattle and sheep, birds singing among fragrant blossoms in the Hundred Flowers Garden, and cultural charm in the Runze Garden, Science and Technology Garden, Cultural Square, and Exhibition Hall. The pear orchard, jujube orchard, and grape vineyard offer rich picking experiences. The Longquan Lake is surrounded by crystal-clear waters, presenting a true painting of a northern Jiangnan.

In December 2005, it was named a “National Top 100 Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Farm” by the Ministry of Agriculture, and in 2006, it was designated as a “National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site.”
