Haiching Temple is located on San Tiao Xiang in Sihu Township. With over 260 years of history, the temple enshrines Yanluo Dadi (the King of Hell), also known as Lord Bao Zheng from the Northern Song Dynasty, who served as a scholar in the Dragon Pavilion and is widely referred to as "Bao Qingtian" or "Lord Bao." Haiching Temple is the ancestral temple in Taiwan dedicated to Lord Bao and enjoys flourishing incense offerings, with an endless stream of worshippers. The annual festival on the 10th day of the seventh lunar month is a grand celebration, drawing large crowds of devotees and creating a lively atmosphere.

The San Tiao Xiang Beach Water Park was once a major family-friendly water recreation area in the Yunlin-Jiayi region. Its forested belt and beach were cherished memories for many born in the 1940s and 1950s. The site maintains excellent ecological preservation, and within the park lies a “Forest of Forgetfulness” walking trail. Strolling through the woods offers a serene and carefree experience, making it one of the most well-preserved coastal areas along the central Taiwan shoreline.

San Tiao Xiang Fishing Port is bustling during the peak shrimp-catching season in spring and the fishing season in autumn, when fishing boats from Penghu, Tainan, and Kaohsiung gather here, resembling a “Great Wall at Sea.” At night, when the fishing boats light up their lamps, the coastline becomes a stunning sea of lights, creating a truly enchanting sight.

The windbreak forest trail is located south of Haiching Temple and extends southward to Rouzi Liao Fishing Port, spanning approximately four kilometers. Originally used as a cattle cart path, it now accommodates both walkers and cyclists. The entire route features pleasant scenery, shaded by dense foliage. This natural green tunnel offers visitors a place to relax and enjoy the unique environmental ambiance shaped by its diverse landscapes.
