I. Overview and Features

Wild Plum Forest Forest Park is located 6 kilometers from the county seat. It gets its name from the over 300 acres of wild wintersweet that grow densely along both sides of the river, and it is a provincial-level forest park.

The park features green mountains, clear waters, pine waves, rich oxygen, and birdsong, with its signature winter plum forests. Its main characteristics include forests, water bodies, and mountainous landscapes, creating a rich and diverse natural scenery and forest experience. Spring, summer, and autumn are ideal for outdoor activities such as camping, rock climbing, adventure courses, fishing, and paintball. In winter, visitors can enjoy snow-covered plum blossoms and poetic inspiration. The park has a reception center, guest rooms, restaurant, entertainment hall, pavilions, and parking lots. Driving Directions: Take the Huishui North exit from the Guiyang (Guiyang)–Huishui Expressway, drive south along Guihui Avenue, turn right after the exhibition hall, continue straight along Changxin Road, turn right after Mengjiang Experimental Primary School, then go north along Mengjiang Avenue for about 1 kilometer, turn left onto the paved scenic road, cross the Mengjiang River, and pass over the mountain to reach the scenic area.
