Liangdu Children's Park

Liangdu Children's Park is located in the Dewu New District. The project covers a total planned area of 380 mu, including approximately 130 mu of water surface. It is one of the “Six Parks” construction projects designated by the municipal Party committee and government in 2007. With an estimated total investment of 90 million yuan, the park is being developed in two phases and is a children’s park integrating amusement and leisure.

The first phase of Liangdu Children's Park covers an area of 235 mu. Specific implementation includes infrastructure projects such as the west gate and parking lot, Star-Gazing Pavilion, corridors, hexagonal pavilions, winding bridges, lakeside walkways, docks, lakefront promenades, lake dredging and management, and landscaping. Construction commenced on November 18, 2007, with the care of the municipal Party committee and government and the support of relevant departments. The project took seven months to complete, and the first phase has now been fully constructed. The second phase covers an area of 145 mu and will develop infrastructure on the north side of the reservoir as well as large and medium-sized children’s amusement facilities. The infrastructure will continue to be invested in by the government, while the amusement facilities will be introduced through investment attraction. Key attractions include Ferris wheels, roller coasters, space shuttles, pirate ships, log flumes, and water-based entertainment, providing a fully equipped amusement environment for children and the general public.
