Xingren Shoufu Temple (Hunan-Hubei Guild Hall)

Xingren Shoufu Temple (Hunan-Hubei Guild Hall) is a cultural relic protection unit of Guizhou Province.

Shoufu Temple was originally built in the 20th year of the Jiaqing reign during the Qing Dynasty (1815), also known as the Hunan-Hubei Guild Hall or Sanchu Palace. It was destroyed during the Xianfeng and Tongzhi periods in a war, and was rebuilt in the 12th year of the Guangxu reign (1886).

Shoufu Temple covers an area of 1,370 square meters, consisting of the main hall, side wings, and a theater building. After the liberation, due to lack of management and years of neglect, the main hall was on the verge of collapse, and the side wings and theater building were occupied by homeless families. In the 1980s, provincial-level cultural heritage authorities allocated over 200,000 yuan for the repair of the theater building and side wings. In August 1986, it was designated as a county-level cultural relic protection unit. Since 2000, the county government and relevant departments have raised several hundred thousand yuan to restore the main hall, side courtyard, theater building, and side wings. It is now a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit.
