Fuluchang Yingbi District Central Primary School -- Former Site of the CPC Fuluchang Yingbi District Central Primary School Branch

Fuluchang Yingbi District Central Primary School (now the Central Primary School of Fulu Town, Shawan District, Leshan City) is located in Fulu Town, Shawan District, Leshan City.

In the summer of 1933, Chen Junqing, Secretary of the CPC Emei County Committee, organized a 30-member charcoal transport labor union in Fuluchang to carry out workers' movements, develop Communist Party members, and advance party work, and established a Party branch at Fuluchang Yingbi District Central Primary School. The Party member teachers included Bao Chengzhou, Liu Jian’an, Ke Boyu, Tan Wenkui, and Zhang Shuhuai. In August, Li Yifan from the Provincial Youth League Committee was arrested and defected after returning to Chengdu from an inspection trip in Leshan, revealing the identities of Liu Jian’an, Ke Boyu, and Tan Wenkui. Liu and Ke evacuated in advance, while Tan Wenkui and Zhang Shuhuai were arrested, and Bao Chengzhou fled. The Party branch at Fuluchang Yingbi District Central Primary School was disbanded. In December 1933, the report from the CPC Guide Ding Central County Committee to the Provincial Committee stated: “The Party branch at Fuluchang ×× Primary School has been compromised…”

Fuluchang Yingbi District Central Primary School was later rebuilt and is now the Central Primary School of Fulu Town, Shawan District, Leshan City, with no protection or utilization classification.
