Introduction On the azure sea of Qinzhou Bay, over a hundred islands of various shapes are scattered across the waters, interconnected by seventy-two winding waterways known as the "Seventy-Two Coves." The coves are like jade ribbons, the islands like pearls—sitting on a boat, gliding through the coves, the Seventy-Two Coves have long been hailed as the "Penglai of the South." This area is home to mangroves known as "living fossils of the sea," the world’s largest bronze statue of Sun Yat-sen, and numerous scenic spots including Xian Dao Park, Yagong Mountain, Crocodile Rock, and Liudun Island.

Transportation Take a bus from downtown Qinzhou to Qinzhou Port Terminal, then transfer to a minibus opposite the passenger transport station at the Material Building parking lot to reach Qinzhou Port. Minibuses run every 15 minutes, cost 4 RMB, and take about 40 minutes (a taxi ride costs around 30 RMB). From Qinzhou Port, take a sightseeing boat to tour the Seventy-Two Coves. Buses returning to downtown Qinzhou depart every 15 minutes, making it quite convenient. Ticket / Opening Hours Boat sightseeing tours cost 30 RMB per person or 300 RMB per boat for a 2-hour tour covering approximately three to four scenic spots—you can adjust the number of stops as needed. Most sites do not charge an entrance fee, though some island parks may charge up to 5 RMB.
