The ruins of the ancient city of Qinxian County are located in Shangdongba Village, in the northeastern suburbs of Qinzhou City. Built during the Sui Dynasty, the ancient city ruins are square-shaped and were constructed with rammed yellow-brown sandy soil. Each side of the city wall is 150 meters long, covering a total area of 20,000 square meters. There were four gates facing east, west, south, and north, with the ruins of an ancient temple located outside the southern gate. Excavations have uncovered cultural relics such as small gilded Buddha statues. It is a key cultural heritage site protected at the autonomous region level.

Jiulong Town: Jiulong Town is the origin of the ancient city of Qinzhou, located in the northeastern part of Qinzhou City, about 19 kilometers from the urban center. It is one of the suburban towns closest to the city. To the east, it borders Nali, Napeng, to the west Dangdong, to the south Shabu, and to the north Pingji. The administrative area covers 222.2 square kilometers, governing 17 village committees, one community residents' committee, 196 natural villages, and 201 villager groups. At the end of 2003, the total population was 35,913, with 8,381 households, and cultivated land area of 54,000 mu, including an urban area of 3.9 square kilometers with a permanent population of 6,230.
