Guangzhou Guild Hall is located at No. 29 Shengli Road, Qinzhou City, within the First Guesthouse of the city. Built in the 48th year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1783), it covers an area of 1,180 square meters. The structure is a single-eave brick-and-stone building consisting of a main hall divided into front and rear sections, with side rooms on either side, a central courtyard between the two halls, and smaller reception rooms along the sides. The rooms are adorned with murals, and the railings and column capitals feature bas-reliefs. The window lattices are made of porcelain flower patterns, and the floors are paved with decorative tiles. All decorations are elegant and exquisitely crafted. The plaque inscribed with “Guangzhou Guild Hall” was rewritten and installed from the original calligraphy by Zhuang Yougong, a top imperial scholar and calligrapher of the Qianlong era (a native of Panyu, Guangdong).
