Located at the end of Gongbao Street, Baishuitang, in downtown Qinzhou, Guangxi, next to the former residence of Feng Zicai. It is accessible via bus routes 1, 3, and 19, and is 114 kilometers from the capital city Nanning. It is a cultural landscape tourist spot primarily focused on the artificial domestication, breeding, and research of wild turtles and tortoises, integrating functions such as leisure viewing, science education, and healthy dining.

Covering an area of 7,999 square meters, the main building of Turtle King City has a floor space of 2,000 square meters, and is divided into a turtle and tortoise exhibition area, a dining service hall, and a breeding and viewing area. The turtle and tortoise exhibition area displays various precious species, such as the three-striped box turtle, the Guangxi narrow-headed softshell turtle, the flat-shelled turtle, the black-necked pond turtle, the yellow-margined box turtle, the Chinese pond turtle, the keeled box turtle, the four-eyed turtle, the impressed tortoise, as well as the Chinese three-keeled pond turtle and the Chinese softshell turtle. The dining service hall mainly utilizes the tender, delicious meat of turtles and tortoises, along with their nourishing and medicinal properties, to offer a series of health-focused meals. The breeding and viewing area provides on-site knowledge about the artificial breeding of turtles and tortoises and the domestication of wildlife. Turtle King City also adopts a corporate operation model through a "company + base + farmer" production approach, supporting and fostering a number of breeders.
