The Tomb of Huang Huan and Huang Qiuhuai is a cultural relics protection unit of Qinnan District.

The Tomb of Huang Huan and Huang Qiuhuai is located at Maoling on the Damama Reservoir in Nanzhu Subdistrict, Qinnan District, Qinzhou City. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as a non-cultural heritage structure.

It was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit in April 1999.

Nanzhu Subdistrict: Established in February 1997, Nanzhu Subdistrict Office is situated in the northwest of Qinzhou urban area. Its jurisdiction extends from Renmin Road (connecting to Qinzhou Bay Avenue) in the east, to Xinxing Street in the south, to the Qinzhou Cement General Factory in the west, and to the large flower roundabout at the northern entrance of the urban area, bordering the 36-Curve Forest Farm in the north. The area covers approximately 16 square kilometers, including 2,172 mu of arable land and 9,736 mu of forested hills. It governs four community residents' committees—Beiyi, Baishuitang, Chengxi, and Gaoling—comprising 116 resident groups, with 16,000 permanent residents and a total population of 54,000 in the area.
