Former Site of the Suifapu Soviet Government

A key cultural relic protection unit of Donglan County. Located in the compound of the Public Security Bureau in Donglan County, Hechi City, Guangxi. Accessible via the Shuiren–Nanning Expressway, then turning onto National Highway 323 and the Jiuxu–Donglan secondary road. Approximately 120 km from Hechi City. It is a two-story building constructed with brick and wood. Originally built in the 31st year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1905), it originally served as the county government office of the Kuomintang in Donglan. In December 1929, the Donglan County Workers', Peasants' and Soldiers' Representative Conference was held in the county seat, where the establishment of the Donglan County Soviet Government was approved. This building served as the office of the Soviet Government and is one of the earliest Soviet governments established in Guangxi. The site faces south and is built with brick and wood. Each of the two floors has five bays, featuring red brick walls and grey tiles. There are brick corridors at the front and back, stretching 20 meters in length, 13.5 meters in width, and 10 meters in height. The structure is well preserved.
