The Former Sites of the Central Red Army’s Long March — Guiyang Former Sites Cluster is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Chenzhou City and a classic red tourism destination.

The Former Sites of the Central Red Army’s Long March — Guiyang Former Sites Cluster (including Lishan Memorial Pavilion, Wang Dangju’s Former Residence, Yantang Village Archway, Yongji Bridge, Red Army Cemetery, and Study Pavilion) are located in Yantang Village, Fangyuan Town, and Qinxī Village, Sili Town, Guiyang County. They date from the Qing Dynasty to 1996.

In 2018, the Former Sites of the Central Red Army’s Long March — Guiyang Former Sites Cluster was designated as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government.

Protected area: Starting from the base of the exterior walls of the buildings, extending 5 meters outward in all four directions.

Construction control zone: Extending 10 meters outward from the boundary of the protected area in all four directions.

Yantang Village: Yantang Village (Yangtan Cun)

Yantang Village administers three natural villages: Yantang, Dangjiatang, and Shishanjiao. It was once the seat of the former People’s Government of Yantang Township. At the end of 2011, the village had a total population of 1,612, with 1,412 mu of arable land and 4,216 mu of forested land. The terrain is hilly, slightly higher in the east and lower in the west.
