The Former Residence of Xu Liansheng (Including Tomb) is a municipal-level cultural heritage site of Chenzhou City.

The Former Residence of Xu Liansheng (Including Tomb) is located in Dijie Village, Taihe Town, Guiyang County, dating back to the Republican era.

In 2012, it was designated as part of the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Chenzhou City.

Protected Area: Starting from the foundation wall of the residence, extending 30 meters in all four directions; starting from the outer edge of the tomb, extending 20 meters in all four directions.

Construction Control Zone: Extending 30 meters outward from the boundary of the protected area in all four directions.

Xu Liansheng (1881–1918), styled Mingyuan and Yuanyun, also known as Jieqing, was a native of Dijie Village, Taihe Township, Guiyang County, Hunan Province. Orphaned at a young age, he quit school at 17 to farm and often traveled to Guangdong to carry salt for a living. At 19, he went to Guangdong to seek work. In the first year of the Xuantong reign (1909), he was promoted to company commander and outpost officer, and two years later became the leader of the new recruits' patrol battalion in Guangdong. At that time, the First Army of the East River of the Chinese Revolutionary Army, led by Chen Jiongming and Deng Keng, was stationed in Huizhou, Guangdong. Xu Liansheng joined Hong Zhaolin in the Xuncheng Uprising and joined the revolutionary cause. Dijie Village: Dijie Cun

The village is located north of Taihe Town, at an altitude of 270 meters, approximately 3 kilometers from the town government. It includes seven natural villages: Dijie, Huamuling, Xiao Family, Upper and Lower Zimu, Shirén, and Changmaoping. By the end of 2011, it had 517 households and 1,924 residents, covering a total area of 4.01 square kilometers.

The local economy is mainly based on agriculture, animal husbandry, and income from migrant work. The total agricultural output value was 5.1 million yuan, with an average per capita income of 6,320 yuan.
