The Ouyang area is divided into two villages; this location, situated at a higher elevation, is called Shangyang Village. The area is located to the east of the township government, bordering Liantang Town of the same county to the east, connecting with Ouyanghai Town of the same county to the south, adjacent to Xiayang Village of the same township to the west, and neighboring Siyou Village of the same township to the north. It lies 3.5 kilometers from the township government. The village administers 13 villager groups, including Daluchong, the Lei, Li, Hu, and Shangyang families. In 2011, the village had 470 households and 1,960 residents, covering a land area of 5.2 square kilometers.
