The Bashi Stone Mining and Metallurgy Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Guiyang County.

The Bashi Stone Mining and Metallurgy Site is located in Bashigroup, Huotian Village, Zhenghe Town, Guiyang County. Dating back to the Ming Dynasty, it is classified as an ancient site.

On April 12, 2017, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Guiyang County.

Huotian Village: Huo Tian Cun (Huotian Village)

Huotian Village is located in the eastern suburbs of the county seat. To the east, it borders Xishui Village of the same town; to the west, it adjoins Dongta Community of Lufeng Subdistrict; to the south, it meets Taipaichong Village of Huatang Town, Beihu District; and to the north, it borders Yanshan Village of the same town. The Chenzhou-Guiyang Avenue runs through the village. It administers 13 villager groups, with a total of 563 households and 2,286 residents, covering an area of approximately 6 square kilometers.

The village’s economy is mainly based on the tertiary sector, agriculture, and aquaculture, with a total output value of about 20 million yuan and a per capita income of around 8,900 yuan.
