The Hejiawan He Clan Ancestral Hall is a cultural relic protection unit of Guiyang County.

The Hejiawan He Clan Ancestral Hall is located in Hejia Group, Xincheng Village, Lufeng Subdistrict, Guiyang County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

On April 12, 2017, the Hejiawan He Clan Ancestral Hall was designated as a cultural relic protection unit under the fifth batch of Guiyang County-level protected sites.

Protected area: starting from the foundation of the outer wall of the ancestral hall, extending 5 meters in all four directions.

Construction control zone: extending 10 meters beyond the protected area in all four directions.

The predecessor of Xincheng Village was Xincheng Brigade, which was renamed Xincheng Village in 1983. It is located in the southern part of Guiyang County, bordering Jiefang Village and Guanxi Village of Zhenghe Town to the east, Zilong Village of the same subdistrict to the west, Niuxiangkou Village and Baihua Village of the same subdistrict to the north, and Baishu Village of Huangshaping Subdistrict to the south. It is an urban village. It administers seven natural villages: Shuangliu, Ma'an, Huangjia, Hejia, Xujia, Huama, and Fengmu. At the end of 2011, the village had 428 households and a permanent population of 1,480.
