Three Sisters Peaks in Wulingyuan

The Three Sisters Peaks are located deep within the Ten-Mile Gallery in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, about 2 kilometers southwest of Husband and Wife Rock. They are one of the highlights of the Ten-Mile Gallery. The three peaks, each about a thousand meters high, stand side by side. From a distance, they resemble three graceful young maidens. Dressed in floral dresses, they stand atop the mountain ridge, lost in thought, with vivid and lifelike forms.

The three figures represent, from left to right, the eldest sister carrying a child on her back, the middle sister holding a child in her arms, and the youngest sister, who has just gotten married and is expecting a child. Behind the Three Sisters Peaks, there is a crevice resembling a cave, inside which a uniquely shaped rock looks like Guanyin (the Goddess of Mercy), commonly known as the "Guanyin Cave."
