Due to weather conditions, cherry blossom seasons across Taiwan in 2016 started later than usual. The Wuling Farm cherry blossom season, which was originally expected to end by the end of February, is now predicted to last until March 10. Starting in March, no more restrictions will be in place, so visitors who want to enjoy the blossoms should seize the opportunity.

The annual Wuling Farm cherry blossom season, a major spring tourist event, usually attracts large crowds. To maintain the quality of the blossom viewing experience and ensure traffic safety, traffic controls and site-wide visitor limits are enforced during the event. This year, due to the impact of the January King Cold Wave, the cherry blossoms only entered full bloom on February 24, and the restrictions were extended from February 22 to February 29.
