Imagine strolling through a world of pink petals, immersed in a romantic scene straight out of an idol drama. The cherry blossom season at Wuling Farm attracts nationwide attention every year. This year’s bloom runs from February 11 to February 29. The Directorate General of Highways and Wuling Farm have jointly planned traffic management measures to ensure smooth road conditions along the route during the flower season, greatly enhancing the cherry blossom viewing experience. They have also collaborated again with the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the Shan Shan National Scenic Area Administration, Shei-Pa National Park, the Taichung City Government, and the Yilan County Government, among other relevant agencies, to jointly plan four major traffic management initiatives: on-site crowd control, road traffic regulation, group visitor reservation entry, and public transport shuttle services.

During the cherry blossom season, Wuling Farm enforces a daily visitor cap of 6,000 people, including 1,800 overnight guests and 4,200 day-trippers. To support the control plan and encourage non-group visitors to use public transport, six cherry blossom shuttle bus routes have been arranged: Taipei West Bus Station – Wuling Farm, Taipei City Hall Bus Station – Wuling Farm, Yilan Bus Station – Wuling Farm, Jiuliao Creek Visitor Center in Datong Township – Wuling Farm, Sanxing Township Comprehensive Sports Field – Wuling Farm, and Lishan – Wuling Farm.
