The vast Lanyang Plain and the valley of the Lanyang River are hard to fully appreciate without seeing them from a high vantage point. Located in Datong Township, Yilan, the Yulan Tea Garden sits at the highest point within the Yulan Leisure Agriculture Area. Not only can you breathe in the fresh air of the tea fields, but you can also gaze over the entire Lanyang Plain and the river valley. Standing on the viewing platform high above, the boundless landscape spreads out before you, refreshing both body and mind. The tea here is self-serve, so while enjoying the view, you can brew yourself a pot of tea and savor a relaxing moment.
