The Longshan Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

The Longshan County Martyrs' Cemetery is located at No. 56, North Cheng Road, Longshan County, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.

To commemorate revolutionary martyrs and inspire future generations, the Longshan County Revolutionary Committee approved the construction of the Longshan County Martyrs' Cemetery in June 1976. In the same year, work began on the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument. The cemetery was completed in 1983 and is situated on Tingsibao at the northern end of North Cheng Road in Min'an Town, Longshan County. It was once an artillery position used by the Red Army during the Agrarian Revolutionary War when they attacked Longshan County, and it is currently the largest martyrs' cemetery in the border region of Hunan, Hubei, and Chongqing, covering more than 60 acres. The site includes a Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, a memorial pavilion, and a martyrs' tomb. The Revolutionary Martyrs Monument stands 24 meters tall, with a base that is 29 meters long and wide, covering an area of 2,668 square meters. It is built from high-quality blue flagstones and consists of a two-tiered base, the main body, and the top. The Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Pavilion is located 100 meters east of the monument and houses three commemorative plaques detailing the life stories of martyrs who died in Longshan. The martyrs' tomb is situated to the east and below the pavilion. It is the grave of Xiang Guodeng, chief of staff of the 6th Division of the Red Second Army Corps, who died during the siege of Longshan in 1935. The tomb was erected by the People's Government of Longshan County in 1993, and the inscription was written by Liao Hansheng.

In January 1988, the Longshan County Martyrs' Cemetery was listed in the first group of eighteen key revolutionary martyrs' memorial sites under the protection of the People's Government of Hunan Province. In January 1995, it was designated as a "Patriotic Education Base for Youth" by the People's Government of Hunan Province.
