Tongcheng Daxi National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Tongcheng Daxi National Wetland Park is located in the northeastern part of Sizhuang Township, Tongcheng County, covering a total area of 931.97 hectares, including 442.84 hectares of wetland, accounting for a wetland ratio of 47.52%. It features over ten natural islands, creating a unique landscape where three sides embrace water and water surrounds mountains, earning it the reputation of “the lungs of Tongcheng.”

Starting in 2013, Tongcheng County has followed the principles of “comprehensive protection, scientific restoration, rational utilization, and sustainable development.” Relying on its mountain and water resources, and focusing on the two themes of “drinking water source protection” and “biodiversity conservation,” the county is striving to create the most ecologically beautiful national park.
