The Yunxi Drift section is a canyon stretch of the Yunxi River from Yehé Bridge in Shangbao Village, Guandao Town, to Daoshang Village, spanning approximately 6.2 kilometers with a total cascading drop of 176 meters. Its scenic highlights mainly include the Bilongtan Waterfall (with a drop of about 30 meters) and the canyon landscapes along its upstream and downstream areas. The canyon features rugged terrain, with endless stretches of white rocks forming a several-kilometer-long white pebble beach. The stream flows continuously, cascading into waterfalls and pooling into ponds. The width of the stream varies with the canyon’s topography, creating a stunning valley landscape of “connected waterfalls and pools, and peculiar peaks and rocks.”
