Shisi Town: Shisi Town is located in the northwest of Xin’an County, 14 kilometers from the county seat, covering a total area of 68.8 square kilometers. The town administers 18 administrative villages with a population of 27,410, and has been designated as a comprehensive reform and development pilot town by the provincial government. The Xin-Yu Highway, Miao-Shi Highway, and Shi-Cao Highway form the main transportation routes, while the mine railway connects directly to the Longhai Railway, making Shisi Town a transportation hub in northern Xin’an County. All villages in the town are connected by asphalt roads. Wired and wireless communication networks are extensive, enabling direct dialing both domestically and internationally.
