The 2014 China · Weng'an National Mountain Outdoor Sports Championship will take place from September 26 to 28 in Weng'an County, Guizhou Province.
According to relevant authorities, the event will feature traditional competitions such as cross-country running, bike/run relays, mountain biking, kayaking, roller skating, orienteering, stream trekking, zip-lining, and escape walls. To encourage greater public participation in mountain outdoor sports, the championship has also added events like long-distance running this year.
