Cijian Town: Cijian Town is located in the southeastern part of Xin'an County. To the east it connects to the urban area of Luoyang, to the west it borders the county seat of Xin'an, to the south it reaches the boundary with Yiyang County, and to the north it adjoins Wutou Town. It is known as the western gateway to Luoyang. The total area is approximately 108 square kilometers. It administers 36 administrative villages with a population of over 60,000.
