Cai Zhuang Village: Cai Zhuang Village in Wutou Town, Xin’an County, is located in the southern ridge area of Wutou Town, 2 kilometers from the town government. It borders Wutou Village and Hebei Village to the north, Xiawajia Village in Chengguan Town to the west, Tonggou Village to the south, and Matou Village to the east. Lin-Cai Road, Wu-Luo South Road, Tong-Cai Road, and Cai-Jiao Road pass through the village, giving it a superior geographical location and convenient transportation.
The village has a total of 16 production groups, including Cai Dong, Cai Xi, Hou Po, Gao Gou, Wu Jia, Zhai Bei, Zhai Gou, Hu Ma Gou, Gou Nan, Gou Bei, Gou Xi, Xi Ling, Jiang Xia, Jiang Shang, Xi Gou, and Shang Gou.
