Fengli Town: Located in the eastern part of Yiyang County, Fengli Town borders Gucheng Township of Luolong District, Luoyang City to the east, Chengguan Township of Yiyang County to the west, Yaling Township of Yichuan County to the south, and faces the Luoyang High-Tech Development Zone across the Luo River to the north. It has now merged with the Luonan New District. The town covers a total area of 74.3 square kilometers, governs 35 administrative villages, and has a total population of 69,000.

Fengli has a well-developed agricultural sector and is known as the “Granary of Yiyang.” The scale of greenhouse vegetable farming continues to expand, and it is becoming the “vegetable basket” of the Luonan New District.
