The Temple of Ying Kaoshu (including the Han Tomb to the North of the Temple) is located in Yingqiao Hui Ethnic Town, Xiangcheng County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2001, the Temple of Ying Kaoshu (including the Han Tomb to the North of the Temple) was listed as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in Xuchang.

Protected area: extending 20 meters outward from the edges of the Han Tomb and the current boundaries of the Temple of Ying Kaoshu.

Construction control zone: extending 20 meters outward from all sides of the protected area.

Yingqiao Hui Ethnic Town: Yingqiao Hui Ethnic Town is located in the northeastern part of Xiangcheng County, Xuchang City, 16 kilometers from the county seat. It borders National Highway 311 to the east, and the Yingzhong Highway runs through the town, offering convenient transportation. It is the only ethnic minority town in the county. The town covers an area of 9.6 square kilometers, governs 5 administrative villages, and has a total population of 9,879, among which the Hui ethnic group accounts for 30% of the total population. The arable land area is 8,200 mu. The town has a long historical and cultural background, and the famous historical event “Duke Zheng Zhuang Dug a Tunnel to Meet His Mother” took place here. The area is dotted with historic sites and relics, including the Temple of Ying Kaoshu, Lotus Fort, Yinsi Gully, and Yingbin Academy.
