Yupo Laoji Ecological Cultural Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Henan Yupo Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1958 and includes subsidiaries such as Yupo Laoji Ecological Cultural Park, Yupo Laoji Culture Development Co., Ltd., and Baihuang Bio-products Company. Guided by the development philosophy of “technological innovation and ecological sharing” and the goal of “building a century-old enterprise, establishing a century-long foundation, and creating a century-enduring brand,” the group promotes the coordinated development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. It is gradually establishing itself as Henan Province’s premier ecological liquor culture tourism park, a top-tier biotechnology research center, and the largest green brewing grain production base in southern Henan, pioneering a new path of sustainable ecological resource utilization.

In accordance with the national standard “Classification and Evaluation of Quality Grades of Tourism Attractions” (GB/T17775-2003), the relevant regulations of the National Tourism Administration’s “Management Measures for Quality Grades of Tourism Attractions,” and the specific provisions of the “Henan Province Tourism Attractions Quality Grade Management Implementation Measures,” Yupo Laoji Ecological Cultural Park was officially approved as a national AAA-level tourist attraction by the Zhumadian Municipal Bureau of Tourism on December 29, 2017 (Zhumadian Tourism [2017] No. 150). As a relocation project of Yupo Liquor Company, it is an AAA-grade industrial tourism initiative meticulously developed by Henan Yupo Group to integrate the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Located on the north side of the eastern section of Baiguo Avenue in Xiping County, adjacent to the Xiping exit of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, the park centers around the core concept of “Harmony between Heaven, Earth, Humanity, and Quality Yupo.” It features a “one park, one distillery, one slope” scenic layout. The park boasts a beautiful environment, rich biodiversity, profound cultural heritage, comprehensive facilities, and a safe, comfortable experience. Highlights include a cultural garden rooted in local history, the largest liquor-themed garden in southern Henan showcasing liquor culture, etiquette, poetry, vessels, and utensils, a traditional distiller’s workshop (qufang), private customization and collection wine cellars, a spectacular thousand-ton ceramic jar raw liquor storage facility, traditional brewing and packaging workshops, as well as research institutions such as the Henan Solid-State Brewing Engineering Technology Research Center, the Henan Yupo Laoji Liquor Style Research Center, and the Henan Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. Additional sites include a Party History Museum and a Party Member Education Base.

Visitors can engage in hands-on experiences of traditional liquor-making, blending educational content, entertainment, and leisure in a single visit.
