To further enhance the cultural and tourism atmosphere of Luanping County, promote the healthy and steady development of its cultural and tourism industry, accelerate the relocation of non-capital core functions from Beijing and the overflow of retired populations from the central and elderly demographics, and effectively elevate the influence of Luanping’s tourism brand, the Luanping County Government will organize the “First Luanping County Tourism and Culture Festival” from September 16 to September 30, 2018.
As a key exhibition and experience node for the “First Luanping County Tourism and Culture Festival,” the MCC Real Estate Luanping Baicaowa project has invested heavily in creating the “MCC Real Estate Baicaowa – China Forest Adventure 578” event. The competition will officially kick off on September 17, 2018, at the Baicaowa Scenic Area. A series of exciting special performances, leisure sports, forest sightseeing, and other experiential activities have been arranged for distinguished guests, audiences, and tourists to support the successful hosting of the event. MCC Real Estate Luanping Company will seize the opportunity of the “First Luanping County Tourism and Culture Festival” to establish the “MCC Real Estate Baicaowa China Forest Adventure 578 Event” as a flagship brand activity for the Baicaowa project, the most influential event of the Luanping County Tourism and Culture Festival, and to add luster to the festival.

The MCC Real Estate Baicaowa China Forest Adventure 578 competition implements its core philosophy: “Experience the charm of the forest, embrace the spirit of off-road sports!” This event adopts an elimination format, where only those who advance in each individual event can proceed to the next. The first event is a 5-kilometer cross-country run with 300 participants, and the top 70 will qualify for the second event, a 7-kilometer mountain bike race. The top 8 finishers in the mountain bike race will move on to the third event, the UTV all-terrain vehicle finals. Distinguishing itself from traditional triathlon events, the MCC Real Estate Baicaowa Forest Adventure 578 introduces a variety of fun elements to the competition.
Held in the Baicaowa National Forest Park in Luanping County, Chengde—known as the “Back Garden of Beijing” and the “Hometown of Mandarin”—the natural landscape resources within the park, including its mountains, water, rocks, vegetation, and climate, serve as a major highlight of the event, promising an unforgettable experience for participants. The Baicaowa National Forest Park is also a provincial-level nature reserve in Hebei Province, home to the largest and best-preserved natural birch forest in North China. It is the closest national forest park to the capital, Beijing, and with its profound historical and cultural heritage in the area, the region holds broad prospects for tourism development. This area has already become the top choice for developing forest ecotourism within the greater Beijing region.
In the future, the MCC Real Estate Baicaowa Forest Ecological Integrated Tourism Development Project will focus on building a “strong county for leisure tourism around Beijing and Tianjin” and establishing a “satellite city of the capital.” Leveraging Luanping’s tourism resources and geographical advantages, the project will center around the Baicaowa National Forest Park to develop the surrounding area into the highest-end, largest-scale, and most fully-featured world-class forest leisure tourism destination near Beijing and Tianjin, setting a new benchmark for China’s forest ecotourism.
MCC Real Estate will actively respond to the national strategy of integrated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, approaching from the perspective and height of promoting comprehensive development across Luanping. With mountain and water tourism, wellness and resort development, and cultural performance projects as driving forces, the initiative aims to achieve regional industrial agglomeration, land value appreciation, and the development of leisure real estate, ultimately driving comprehensive regional progress and advancing coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. We will collaborate with top-tier global industry resources, leveraging industrial integration strengths to implement a cultural-tourism real estate development strategy grounded in natural landscapes, enriched by humanistic spirit, and supported by technological innovation. Emphasizing harmony with the natural environment and integration with local culture, we will continuously infuse elements such as ecology, culture, technology, health, and environmental protection into every category of our projects, dedicated to crafting happy and fulfilling lifestyles for our clients and creating more development opportunities for local communities.
