Jiahu Liquor is named after the 9,000-year-old Jiahu culture it inherits. Through a long development process, it has gradually evolved into an advanced brewing technique that continues to this day. As a premium brand, its aroma type is the unique Jiahu Original Aroma created by Jiahu Liquor Industry, combining the strengths of strong aroma, sauce aroma, and light aroma. It is meticulously brewed by Wang Yongliang, a “double-titled” national-level master distiller, and bottled in a vessel modeled after a folded-shoulder pottery jar unearthed from the 9,000-year-old Jiahu archaeological site. The bottle is all brown in color, with a slender neck and broad shoulders. Its shape embodies both the rustic charm of antiquity and the resilience of strength. The liquor has a rich flavor and pure cellar aroma, achieving a transformative leap in quality by combining traditional craftsmanship with modern science and technology. It has won provincial-level scientific and technological achievement awards and earned widespread praise from consumers. The product has been honored as one of the “Top Ten Famous Liquors of Henan,” awarded the Grand Gold Medal at the Brussels International Spirits Competition, and claimed China’s highest award for new liquor products—the Qingzhuo Award.
