The Shangmashan Dragon King Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Chicheng County.

The Shangmashan Dragon King Temple dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is located in Shangmashan Village, Yangtian Township, Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.

On April 14, 2011, the Shangmashan Dragon King Temple was designated as part of the second batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Chicheng County.

Protected area and construction control zone: using the temple courtyard of Laoye Temple as the baseline, extending 5 meters east, west, south, and north.

Yangtian Township: a township under the jurisdiction of Chicheng County. Established in 1956, it was renamed Dengta Commune in 1958, then Yangtian Commune in 1961, and reinstated as Yangtian Township in 1984. It is located in the central part of the county, with the Bai River running through it. Covering an area of 189.8 square kilometers, it has a population of 8,000. The Xuanhua (Xuanhua District) to Fengning Highway crosses through the township.
