Sandaochuan Ancient Theater Stage

The Sandaochuan Ancient Theater Stage is a cultural heritage protection unit of Chicheng County.

The Sandaochuan Ancient Theater Stage dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is located 100 meters west of Sandaochuan Village, Sandaochuan Township, Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.

On April 14, 2011, the Sandaochuan Ancient Theater Stage was announced as part of the second batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Chicheng County.

Protected area and construction control zone: with the edge of the stage foundation as the baseline, extending 20 meters outward to the east, west, south, and north.

Sandaochuan Township: a township under the jurisdiction of Chicheng County. Established in 1956, it was part of Gaofeng Commune in 1958, became Sandaochuan Commune in 1961, and was re-established as Sandaochuan Township in 1984. It is located in the northeastern part of the county, covering an area of 337.5 square kilometers with a population of 9,000. Accessible by simple roads. It administers 14 village committees: Sandaochuan, Heilongshan, Madao Kou, Dongmachang, Liuguan Yao, Nianzigou, Laopengzi, Shichanggou, Shanshenmiao, Xiaosantongchuan, Dayingzi, Cao Nian Gou, Dazhiying, and Huashubei.
