Laoniugou Stage

The Laoniugou Stage is a cultural heritage protection unit of Chicheng County.

The Laoniugou Stage dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is located in the central part of Laoniugou Village, Dongwankou Township, Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.

On April 14, 2011, the Laoniugou Stage was designated as part of the second batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Chicheng County.

Protected area and construction control zone: with the edge of the stage foundation as the baseline, it extends 10 meters southward, 20 meters northward, and 15 meters eastward and westward respectively.

Dongwankou Township is located in the northeastern part of Chicheng County, 45 kilometers from the county seat, adjacent to Beijing. It borders Sandaochuan, Baicao, and Ciyingzi Townships to the east, Guyuan County to the north, and Longmensuo and Yunzhou to the west. The total controlled area is 282.46 square kilometers, covering 22 administrative villages, 54 natural villages, with a registered population of 7,387 households and 16,262 people in 2017.
