The Site of the Sigou Arsenal is a cultural heritage site protected by Chicheng County.

The Site of the Sigou Arsenal dates back to the modern era and is located in Sigou, Houcheng Town, Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.

On April 14, 2011, the Site of the Sigou Arsenal was designated as part of the second batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Chicheng County.

Protected area and construction control zone: with the outer edge of the factory premises as the baseline, it extends 20 meters east, west, south, and north.

Houcheng Town: Located in the southeastern part of Chicheng County along the lower reaches of the Bai River, Houcheng Town is 55 kilometers north of the county seat and 53 kilometers south of Yanqing District, Beijing. It has nine administrative villages bordering Jiuxian Town, Xiangying Township, and Qianjiadian Town respectively. Provincial Highway Luan–Chi runs east–west through the entire town.

The town governs a total area of 378 square kilometers, comprising 38 administrative villages and 126 natural villages, with a total population of 8,987 households and 21,182 people.
