Liulin Stone Bridge

Liulin Stone Bridge is located on the old canal west of Liulin Nanzhai, 12.5 kilometers northwest of the city. It is recorded in the 1754 "Chenzhou Prefecture Annals" during the 19th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, and is said to have been built during the Ming Dynasty. The stone bridge spans the old canal from east to west, with spans ranging from 2 to 2.7 meters (the middle three arches are 2.7 meters), a total length of 17 meters, a width of 7 meters, a height of 2.5 meters. It is a five-arch red granite roller foundation stone arch bridge, which remains well-preserved to this day. In 1988, it was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit by the county government.

Historically, this area was the site of the famous ancient battlefield of the Chu-Han "Guling Battle."
