The Hui Gong Mausoleum and Shun Emperor Palace Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Hui Gong Mausoleum and Shun Emperor Palace Scenic Area in Puyang is located in the southeastern part of Puyang County and was built to commemorate Hui Gong, the progenitor of the Zhang surname. Historical records state that Hui Gong was the son of Qing Yang and a direct grandson of the Yellow Emperor, just like Emperor Zhuan Xu. He was granted the surname Zhang for inventing the bow and arrow. Puyang is the place where Hui Gong grew up, lived, and received his surname. To promote traditional Chinese culture and the culture of surnames, the local government, in response to public wishes, raised funds to build Zhang Hui Park. It is planned to develop into a forest park integrating ancestral worship, leisure entertainment, and ecological landscaping.
