The Shandong Nuclear Power Science and Technology Museum is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Shandong Nuclear Power Science and Technology Museum is located in the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Yantai City. It is a public science education venue for nuclear power established by Shandong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., approximately 100 kilometers from the Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant. As the first national thematic exhibition hall dedicated to nuclear power, the museum conducts public education and outreach on nuclear energy and nuclear power knowledge, aiming to enhance the public’s understanding of the basic principles and applications of nuclear energy and nuclear power, and to eliminate biases and fears about nuclear technology. The museum features four main thematic areas: Humanity and Energy, The Wonders of Nuclear Power, Inside a Nuclear Power Plant, and The Future of Energy, comprising a total of 51 exhibits.
