The Ancient Capital of the Zhuan State is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Ancient Capital of the Zhuan State is located in Qiancheng Village, Quanyuan Township, Tancheng County. It dates back to the Eastern Zhou Dynasty to the Han Dynasty. In 2013, it was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the Shandong Provincial People's Government.

Quanyuan Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Tancheng County. It is a key sericulture base and a strong livestock farming area in Shandong Province. Established as Quanyuan District in 1942, it became a commune in 1958, reverted to a district in 1962, changed back to a commune in 1971, and was reorganized as a township in 1984. Located in the northeastern part of the county, the Malingshan Mountain range extends north-south along its eastern border, while the Baima River flows southward through the western part. The township covers an area of 66 square kilometers and has a population of 37,000. It lies adjacent to the Shanhaiguan–Guangzhou Highway to the west, and is served by an extensive network of paved roads within the county.
