Dr. Meng's Forest is located in Liyuan Village, Zhongfang Town, Tancheng County, dating back to the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and is categorized as an ancient tomb site.

Zhongfang Town: Zhongfang Town is situated in the southwest of Tancheng County, at the junction of two provinces (Shandong and Jiangsu) and three counties/cities (Tancheng County, Cangshan County, and Pizhou City). It borders the Jiaoxin Railway and - Highway to the east, National Highway 205, and is traversed north to south by Yimeng Highway (Quanzhong Road). The town enjoys convenient transportation.

The town has 25 administrative villages, a population of 55,558, and covers an area of 49 square kilometers, with 44,000 mu of arable land. It lies on the alluvial plain of the Yi and Wu rivers, featuring fertile soil and abundant produce. The main grain crops are wheat and corn, while the pillar industries include ginkgo and vegetables.
