The Hengyuan Understory Edible Fungus Area is situated within the fertile forests along the Yi River. It practices mushroom cultivation under the forest canopy and uses discarded mushroom substrate as fertilizer, achieving a virtuous ecological cycle. The area includes a leisure picking garden, an edible fungus gourmet garden, and a mushroom culture garden, making it a great spot for tourists to experience farming activities.

The Northern Broadleaf Seedling Base plants high-end seedlings such as holly, red maple, Japanese maple, Koelreuteria paniculata, photinia, and blueberries, with a majority of southern species. It has now become the largest broadleaf seedling base north of the Yangtze River. The base remains lush and refreshing year-round, serving as an educational base for children to learn about southern plant species.

The Thousand-Mu Osmanthus Demonstration Garden primarily cultivates osmanthus and fringe tree. It adopts a three-dimensional cultivation model featuring large and small fringe tree saplings, as well as potted and landscape osmanthus, making full use of vertical growing space to combine short-, medium-, and long-term benefits. It forms a demonstration base integrating fringe tree and osmanthus production, breeding, variety display, sightseeing, and sales.
