Jinman Bay Tourist Area

Jinman Bay Tourist Area is a National AA-level Tourist Attraction.

Jinman Bay Tourist Area is located within Fuguangzhuang Town, Yishui County, at the junction of Linyi, Weifang, and Rizhao cities, as well as the convergence of Yishui, Anqiu, Zhucheng, and Juxian counties. The scenic area covers an area of 6,000 mu and was rated as a National AA-level Tourist Attraction in 2017.

The scenic area is located to the west of the town center of Fuguangzhuang, Yishui County, encircled by two expressways — Qinglan (G22) and Changshen (G25) — and two provincial highways, S329 and S277. It enjoys a well-developed external road transportation network. Leveraging the superior geographical location, cultural, and industrial background of the Manliu Modern Agricultural Park, and building upon its current development status, the area fully utilizes its natural landscape and ecological resources. Guided by the principles of “ecology” and “green development,” and with “agriculture” at its core, it organically integrates “modern agriculture” with “ecotourism.” Invested in and developed by Jinman Bay Tourism Development Co., Ltd., the area aims to become a premier tourist destination that combines technological production, eco-sightseeing, rural leisure, agricultural experience, wellness retreats, and healthy sports.

Jinman Bay Tourist Area boasts a beautiful ecological environment and abundant natural resources, offering outstanding advantages, huge potential, and vast opportunities for tourism development. Overall, its layout can be summarized as “one axis, one loop, two cores, and one foundation.” The “one axis” refers to the “Jinman Bay Tourism Development Axis,” the “one loop” is the pastoral landscape touring loop, the “two cores” are the Comprehensive Service Center and the Leisure & Resort Core, and the “one foundation” is the park’s ecological base centered on peach and fruit tree cultivation, integrating research, science education, and sales functions.

Based on the current conditions of the project site and taking into account the characteristics of the existing vegetation, Jinman Bay Tourist Area enhances its ecological landscape through the arrangement of trees, shrubs, and flowering plants, ensuring that the scenery remains attractive all year round. Since the beginning of this year, it has welcomed over 20,000 visitors and received continuous praise.
