Hualin Manor is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Shandong Hualin Manor Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The project is located south of South Second Road (National Highway 220), north of the Liuhu Town government seat, west of the Rongwu Expressway, and east of Wushan Road. It is a modern agricultural project that combines various functions such as agricultural development, agricultural technology demonstration and promotion, production and sales of green agricultural products, and agricultural sightseeing tourism. It is also an important node in the key ecological tourism corridor along South Second Road in Dongying District. The project covers an area of 2,200 mu.

The efficient ecological agriculture zone of Hualin Manor has been planned and constructed with eight functional sectors: pollution-free vegetable planting base, salt-alkali tolerant seedling breeding base, public cultural garden, green fruit picking garden, water park, outdoor training base, ecological freshwater aquaculture, and waterfront specialty dining. Currently, the zone has built 21 double-span greenhouses, 8 winter-warm greenhouses, a 200-mu public cultural garden, 200 mu of orchards planted with apples, pears, grapes, and winter jujubes, and over 200,000 salt-alkali tolerant seedlings of more than 30 varieties. In 2008, the company passed the certifications for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. Twenty-four vegetable products have obtained national pollution-free certification from the Ministry of Agriculture, and the “Lvyuanlin” trademark was issued by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
