CAMPSTAGE – The Freedom Stage
As we grow up, we often forget how to express ourselves. Is our lack of courage as adults due to not having a place where we can truly be free? How many times have you quietly strummed your guitar when no one was watching? How many songs have you sung in empty spaces? How many “special talents” you’ve seen online have you secretly practiced on your own? For camping fans, whether you’re playing and singing solo, performing a simple guitar solo, adding creative fills on the drums, showing off cool bass slaps, or rocking out with your band in perfect sync—maybe on this stage, you’ll find a side of yourself you never knew existed. And along the way, you might catch the soulful tones of a horsehead fiddle from the grasslands, the brutal distortion of death melody metal, the exotic rhythms of African hand drums, the beautiful melodies of British rock, the moonlit sonatas of classical guitar, a leap through time with Peking Opera at Sanjia Port, or even playful tongue twisters for fun... A melting pot of cultural elements will shine brilliantly in the history of Chinese music festival camping. Perhaps even more bands will show up unexpectedly. Stay tuned for the surprises this stage has in store.
Camping Section
Once you arrive at Sanjia Port by the sea, the gates to CAMPMIDI swing wide open. For the next 96 hours, the Midi camping area will remain open nonstop. Upon arrival, campers will go through a real-name registration process (with ID card or personal passport) under staff guidance, receive a free camp entry wristband, and enter the campsite. Since the site is a bit far away, you don’t need to pack too much for this short getaway—camping equipment (tents – single and double, sleeping bags, ground mats) can be rented or purchased on-site, though you're welcome to bring your own. Once inside, staff will guide you to your designated camping area.
Food & Drink Section
In this laid-back camp zone, you’ll find mouthwatering skewers, delicious intestines, tasty and crispy pizza, spicy and savory grilled squid, local-style spicy noodles, authentic Mongolian barbecue, Mediterranean-style café cuisine with a touch of class, and rich, aromatic Blue Mountain coffee...

How long has it been since you’ve been away from your phone and computer? What other games do you want to play? Try thrilling real-life CS battles, an exciting rock-climbing experience, the unique challenge of slacklining, extreme sports with skateboard and BMX shows, a nostalgic open-air cinema, a trendy maker space, affordable indie 1-yuan genuine goods, artsy and fresh creative markets, or even childhood games like jumping rope, hide-and-seek, and eagle catching chicks...

There are clean and easy-to-use shower facilities, secure and worry-free baggage storage services, a simple self-service 24-hour phone charging area, and a safe, considerate smoking zone right at the camp entrance...
Safety Section
As the campsite is located near the mouth of the Yangtze River where winds can be strong, and close to Pudong International Airport, safety regulations must be followed in line with aviation control policies to ensure the safety of all attendees. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
1. Do not bring any outdoor stoves or fuel-burning appliances such as kerosene or gas devices, or any open-flame lighting equipment into the campsite.
2. Do not bring any controlled knives, glass products, or flammable and explosive hazardous materials.
3. Do not bring lighters into the campsite. Smoking is prohibited within the camp. If you need to smoke, please use the designated smoking area at the camp entrance.
4. Do not fly kites or release sky lanterns in the campsite.
5. Do not start bonfires or use laser lights or other items that may interfere with aircraft navigation.
6. Do not bring glass-bottled alcoholic beverages or drinks.
7. Do not damage the campsite’s grass, trees, vegetation, or public facilities. Any damage must be compensated for.
8. Do not climb fences. You will be responsible for any consequences.
Please follow the camp management rules. Anyone found engaging in unsafe behavior will be disqualified from camping. For questions, please consult on-site staff.
